At hyble, we recognise that you may want to advertise your venue’s latest bespoke cocktail. This is why we’ve made it easy to do so even if we don't have this in our product catalogue!
To get started, simply add your menu section as normal and select the + to add a new item.
From here, select "Customer Products" at the top. This will show you a list of products that other users have uploaded for this customer. You can edit these to add more details, or add them to your menu straight away.
If you want to add additional products, you can do so in two ways - the "Upload Products" option, or the "Add Product" option. You’ll be able to upload products either using an Excel file, or manually.
Uploading Products With the Excel Form
By selecting "Upload Products," you can upload an Excel spreadsheet of products. This is a great way to upload a whole menu of items at once. For the best compatibility, we would highly recommend downloading our custom product form from the link attached to “template file” on this page.
When using this form, only the sections in green are mandatory for a product to be uploaded - additional sections in green are nice to include, but not mandatory.
Uploading Products Manually Within hyble
Alternatively, if there are only a couple of products you want to add to your menu, or you're on the go, then it's also easy to add custom products to your menu in hyble. Simply select "Create Product" to be taken to our built-in custom product window.
Just like with the form, you can include a Product Title, Description, and more.
The sections denoted with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to complete. When you're ready, simply click "save", and this product will appear in the Customer Products section for this customer, ready for you to use.
Editing a Custom Product
Editing a custom product once you have uploaded it to hyble is simple - find the product you want to make changes to in the Customer Products section, click the three dots on the right-hand side, and select "edit".
Just like adding a product, this will let you amend or add additional details. You can also upload an image for your product by selecting the "Edit" button next to the product image section.
