Providing Information to Support

Our Hyble Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 GMT via email. We’re happy to help with any technical issues you may experience when accessing Hyble or designing a menu, such as:

  • Trouble logging in
  • Bugs or errors within the platform
  • Issues preventing you from completing an order

Sometimes, our team may need extra details to diagnose and fix your issue — such as your Hyble version, browser version, or iOS version (for iPad users). Here’s how to find that information:

Check Your Hyble Version (Desktop Only)

Hyble updates automatically in your browser, but our team may ask for your version number to identify potential issues.

To find your version number:

  1. Go to https://pwa.hyble.app
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect”
  3. Open the Elements tab
  4. Look for a line that includes the version number, e.g. <!-- version: 1.0.1166 -->
  5. Right-click that line, select Copy, and paste it into your email to Support

Note: The version number isn’t visible on iPads. However, the iPad app always matches the latest desktop version.

Check Your Browser Version (Desktop Only)

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. To find your Chrome version:

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome
  2. Hover over Help, then click About Google Chrome
  3. A new tab will open showing your current version number

Copy this version and include it in your email if requested.

Check Your iOS Version (iPad Only)

If you’re using Hyble on an iPad, our Support Team may ask for your iOS version.

To find it:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap About
  4. Find Software Version — this number is your current iOS version

Copy this version and include it in your support email.

The iOS version also matches your Safari browser version.

By providing these details, our Support Team can quickly identify the issue and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
