How can I request a new size?

If you find that the size you need is not currently available in our hyble catalogue, you can request the addition of a new size. Follow the steps below to submit your request through the Support Request Form on the Help Center.

Steps:

1. Visit the Help Center: Access our Help Center through https://support.hyble.tech/hc/en-us
2. Navigate to Support Request Form: Locate the Support Request Form within the Help Center at the bottom of the page.
3. Label Your Request: In the Support Request Form, choose "Support Query" as the label.
4. Specify New Size Request: Please select that you need help with ‘hyble Self Serve’
5. Provide Details: Fill in the necessary details regarding the size you are requesting and any additional information that might be helpful.
6. Submit Request: Once you've completed the form, click on the submit button.

Please note that the availability of product types and sizes is informed by the stock capabilities of our global supply chain, so we may not be able to accommodate every request.
