At Hyble, we understand that many of our clients have multiple representatives working on the same account. To help you stay organised and streamline your workflow, we’ve designed tools that make it easy to manage, search, and track your orders.
Viewing Completed Orders
Within your Hyble account, you can quickly view all completed orders. When you navigate to the Orders section, you’ll find two filter options:
- All Orders – Displays every order submitted by your market.
- My Orders – Shows only the orders you’ve personally completed.
Search Bar Function
To save time and find exactly what you need, use the search bar at the top of your Orders/Drafts page. You can search by customer name, order number, or keyword — making it simple to locate specific orders or check the status of past projects without scrolling through long lists.
Customer Tracking
Each order also displays the customer name it was created for, allowing you to easily track where your materials are headed. This feature helps ensure that every order is correctly assigned and reduces the chance of duplicate submissions.
With these features — including filters, customer tracking, and a powerful search tool — you’ll have full visibility over what’s in production for each account. It’s all about helping your team collaborate efficiently and keeping your order management process smooth and organised.
