We understand that technology doesn't always work how we want it to, so hyble has a feature to help you to restore a menu if you forgot to save it.
If you close your browser or turn off your device without selecting “Save and Exit”, the next time you open your menu on the same device and browser you will be greeted with the below screen.
If you want to resume right where you left off before your page was closed, select the “Restore Back Up” option. This will restore the menu to its last known state before your page was closed; make sure you Save and Exit to ensure it isn't lost!
If your menu is successfully restored, you will see this message:
If you would like to discard the changes you made in your last session and return your menu to the last time you manually saved it using the Save and Exit option, select “Continue to My Saved Draft”.
Important notes:
- Saved versions of a menu are stored to your browser. This means that you cannot restore a menu from PC to iPad, and vice versa.
- If you choose to discard a backed-up menu, it is gone. Our Support team cannot restore this.
