To allow some features of hyble to work as expected, such as our Address Search and Autofill at the checkout, you will need to enable third party cookies on your device.
To do so on Google Chrome, follow the steps below:
- Open Google Chrome: Launch the Google Chrome browser on your computer or device.
- Access Settings: Click on the three-dot menu icon located at the top right corner of the browser window. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
- Navigate to Privacy and Security: Scroll down within the Settings tab until you find "Privacy and security" on the left-hand side. Click on it to expand the options.
- Adjust Cookies Settings: Within the "Privacy and security" section, locate and click on "Cookies and other site data".
- Enable Third-Party Cookies: Look for the toggle switch labelled "Block third-party cookies" and ensure it is turned off. This action allows Chrome to accept third-party cookies.
- Confirm Changes: Once you've disabled the block on third-party cookies, you may close the Settings tab. Your changes will be saved automatically.
Enabling third-party cookies on an iPad can vary slightly depending on the version of iOS and Safari you're using.
- Open Settings: Locate the "Settings" app on your iPad's home screen and tap to open it.
- Find Safari Settings: Scroll down the Settings menu until you find "Safari". Tap on it to access Safari settings.
- Privacy & Security: Within the Safari settings, look for the "Privacy & Security" section. Tap on it to view more options.
- Enable Cookies: Look for the option labelled "Block All Cookies" or "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking". Make sure this setting is turned off. Enabling cookies will allow third-party cookies to be stored.
- Confirm Changes: Once you've made the necessary adjustments, you can exit the Settings app.
