Add Customer

When creating with hyble, we know it’s important to be able to access your customers quickly and easily. This is why we’ve made it simple to add new customers whenever you need to.

 

Please note that only markets who do not have automatic data integration enabled with us will be able to use this feature. If you do have automatic data integration enabled, your customer list will be automatically pulled from another system and uploaded to hyble.

 

If you’re unsure of whether your market has automatic data integration enabled, or believe there is an issue with your customers, please contact our friendly Support Team at support@hyble.tech who will be happy to help.

 

Adding a Customer

To add a customer, log into your account and locate the “add customer” button on the right.

 

 

You’ll then be taken to the page below. Fill in the customer details, completing all fields with an asterix. If any fields are missing, they’ll be highlighted, and you’ll be prompted to fill them in.

 

 

Please make sure that the account number you are using is not currently in-use by another customer. If you are trying to add a customer and receiving an "Account Number in Use" error message, please contact support@hyble.tech

 

You Do Not Have Permission to Add Customers

If you are seeing this error message, it means that your account has not been set up to add customers to at least 1 group on our system. Please contact support@hyble.tech to request this.
