Delivering to Multiple Addresses with hyble

We want to support you to deliver Menu and POS materials to your customers and linked outlets, which is why we have created a new process for submitting an order with hyble that needs to be delivered to multiple addresses.

 

Please note: multiple address delivery is not available for all markets and is subject to our supply partners in your region - please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager to confirm availability  

 

Getting Started with Multiple Address Delivery

To get started, please find the following Multiple Address Delivery form: Multiple Address Delivery

 

To complete this form, you will need:

 

Name: Your name!

 

Email address: The best contact email address. This will be used to update you on the progress of your order, or to ask any questions. 

 

Order ID: We need to know which design you want to be printed and delivered to multiple outlets. Please save your design as a draft order, or you can use previously completed order. The order ID can be found under the name and outlet of your draft.

 

 

Created a new design for your order? Please don't submit this - our team will take care of it for you!

 

Due Date: Please let us know if there is an in-hand date that you need this order by. We typically need at least 5 working days for the processing and production of your order and will advise if we cannot make the due date you provide.

 

List of Addresses + Quantity: We need to know where your order should be delivered to, along with the quantity needed for each outlet. Please provide this in an excel format - you can use the following template for this: Multiple Address Spreadsheet Template.xlsx

 

If any of your outlets have specific delivery instructions, please also upload them here.

 

What paper type would you like: Please choose from one of our paper types. If your selected combination of format and paper type is not available, we will let you know and provide alternative options.


What size & format: Please let us know the size and number of pages for your design, for example, 2 Page A5. 

 

What happens next?

Once you have submitted your request, our team will review it to make sure we have all the information that we need, and if not, a member of our team will be in touch to clarify. 

 

From here, we will obtain a quote for this delivery for you and send this to you (and our contacts in your market) for approval. Once approved, your order will be sent to production.

 

Finally, when your order is complete and all parts of the order have been shipped, we will provide the tracking numbers for you!
