What is a Test Customer?
Depending on the customers assigned to you in hyble, you may notice a customer listed as “Test Outlet” or something similar.
A test customer allows you to explore and practice using hyble safely, without the risk of placing real orders.
Please note that any orders placed under a test customer will not enter our print queue or incur any charges.
If you think you’ve accidentally placed a live order under a test account, please reach out to our Support Team right away so we can investigate.
What is a Test User?
Some user accounts in hyble are set up as “Test Users.” If your account is a test user, any orders you place, whether under test or live customers, will not be sent to print or invoiced.
If you believe your account has been set up as a test user and you’d like to be upgraded to a live user, please contact our friendly Support Team at support@hyble.tech and we’ll be happy to assist.
