hyble App Reset Guide (iPad)

This simple guide walks you through completely removing and reinstalling the hyble app to fix loading or order issues.

Remove the hyble App Icon

  1. Find the hyble icon on your iPad Home Screen.
  2. Press and hold the icon until a menu appears.
  3. Tap Remove App (or the little –/x symbol on older versions of iPadOS).
  4. Tap Delete App to remove it from your device.

This just deletes the shortcut — it doesn’t affect your account or data.

Clear Safari’s Saved Data

Option A (Recommended): Only clear hyble data

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
  3. Tap Search, type hyble, and delete any results you see (swipe left or tap Edit → Delete).

Option B: Clear everything (if you want a full reset)

  1. Go to Settings → Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data → confirm by tapping Clear All History and Data.

Doing this removes stored website info and signs you out of sites.

Reinstall the hyble App

  1. Open Safari (this won’t work in Chrome or other browsers).
  2. Go to https://pwa.hyble.app and let it finish loading.
  3. Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow at the top of the screen on iPad).
  4. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Name it “hyble” (or anything you like) and tap Add.
  6. You’ll now see the new hyble icon on your Home Screen.

If you don’t see “Add to Home Screen,” double-check you’re using Safari — not another browser.

Open and Sign In

  1. Tap the new hyble icon.
  2. Sign in when asked.
  3. After signing in, wait 10–15 seconds before using it to let it finish loading.

Check Your Orders

  1. In the hyble app, go to Orders.
  2. Open the order(s) that weren’t working.
  3. If they still don’t load:
    • Pull down on the screen to refresh.
    • Close the app (swipe up from the bottom, flick it away), then reopen it.
    • Make sure you’re on a good Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Quick Fixes if It’s Still Not Working

  • Check your time and date: Go to Settings → General → Date & Time, and turn on Set Automatically.
  • Restart your iPad: A simple restart can clear background issues.
  • Check internet connection: Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is working.
  • Check iPad storage: Go to Settings → General → iPad Storage — if it’s nearly full, free some space.
  • Try a hard refresh: Inside the hyble app, go to the Orders screen and pull down until you see the loading spinner.

If these steps don’t fix it, contact support@hyble.tech with your name, account email, and a short description of the issue.
