Self-Serve Orders
We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting it. As mentioned at checkout, once you’ve agreed and submitted your order, no further changes can be made. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders or return them to drafts after submission.
If you need to correct an order, you can copy it, make any necessary updates, and submit it again. You can find a helpful guide on how to copy orders here.
If you notice that your order looks a bit different from the proof you approved, please reach out to our Support team at support@hyble.tech and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
PDS Orders
Cancelling a PDS order depends on the stage your order is currently in. If our designers have already started working on your order, you will be charged for the design time used. To find out if your order can be cancelled, please contact our Support team as soon as you can.
