How It Works
When adding print items to your cart, you are no longer restricted to a single customer!
- Add print items for your first customer.
- Navigate to another customer account.
- Continue adding print items to the same cart.
- Repeat for as many customers as needed.
- Review your cart and submit your order.
Within the cart, items will be clearly grouped by customer, making it easy to review the contents before placing your order.
What Stays the Same?
Existing cart rules still apply, including:
- Cart item limits
- Product eligibility
- Shipment destination requirements
All items included in a multi-customer cart must be shipped to the same delivery address.
I'm an Approver - how will this change?
When reviewing a shipment, approvers will now see all customers included in that shipment, providing greater visibility when approving or actioning orders.
Important Note
Multi-Customer Cart currently supports print orders only.
