Need to send an order through again? Whether you want to order the exact same design or make some changes, our simple 'Repeat Order' feature lets you reorder previous designs in just a few clicks.
Repeating an Order with No Changes
- From your hyble homepage, find your order using the search bar at the top of the page.
- For orders you can repeat, you'll see three small dots at the bottom right of the order.
- Select 'Reorder or Copy'.
- Then choose 'Quick Re-order' from the two options.
- Check your order details.
- When you're ready, click 'Go to Checkout'.
- Enter your Order Funding info.
- Once everything looks good, select 'Proceed to Delivery'.
- Add your details and complete your order!
Repeating an Order with Edits
- From your Hyble homepage, click on 'Custom Orders' in the top toolbar.
- For orders you can repeat, you'll see three small dots at the bottom right of the order.
- Click on 'Reorder or Copy'.
- Choose 'Copy & Edit' from the two options.
- You'll be taken to the design canvas where you can make your edits.
- Then just continue as usual to complete your order.
Important to Know
- Templates that have expired or been removed because of compliance reasons can’t be reordered. The below warning message will show where this is applies.
