A customer may request a digital file to upload to screens or social media. In these instances, hyble can usually provide a digital file, but this depends on whether a market/customer has the digital download option enabled, and the type of order needed.
Designing a digital download is largely the same process as for a printed product, with some changes at the checkout stage.
Please note: if your market does not have digital downloads enabled, we are unfortunately unable to provide digital downloads of your order. If you are unsure of whether your market/customer has this enabled, please contact our friendly support team at support@hyble.tech who will be able to advise.

If you have already placed an order and you would like a digital copy, you will firstly need to copy your order and proceed to checkout. Once you have progressed to the checkout stage, make sure to select the “Digital” option under “Select Order Type”.
Here, you will see the available delivery options. For digital downloads, if these are available then you will be able to select the “Digital File Download” option. This will deliver your order to you in the following formats:
PDF: 1 high quality PDF file, with no watermark, comprising of all pages of your order. Optimised for sharing via email or uploading as a digital menu to a venue website.
JPG: 1 file per page of your order. Optimised for digital display (social media) and on a website as a graphic.
For delivery of your digital order, enter your email address. A download link to your assets will then be sent to you. Please allow 15 minutes for this email to come through, and don't forget to check your spam folder.
Please note: The digital files ordered through this service are optimised for digital display and are not intended for print production. If you choose to print these digital files, hyble cannot provide refunds or reprints in the event of inadequate print quality.
