While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, there are instances where couriers are unable to deliver due to incorrect contact details being provided at checkout.
To ensure that our courier can successfully deliver, we kindly ask that you provide us with the up-to-date contact details of someone at the address. This allows us to keep them updated on the progress of their delivery, and for our courier to provide an accurate proof of delivery for your order.
At the very bottom of the address details page, you will find the Delivery Contact section.
The details that we require are:
- First name
- Last name
- Telephone
- Email address
This email address will receive confirmation when your order is shipped and will be able to access detailed tracking information about the order.
Unfortunately, if up-to-date contact information is not provided, then your order runs the risk of not being delivered. Of course, we don’t want this to happen, which is why we strongly recommend entering current contact details of someone at the address.
