Help! I cannot see my Customers

For markets that have automatic data integration set up with hyble, we are provided data about your accounts from your management team. This is pulled from an external system to hyble and will need to be updated internally before it shows. In this case, please contact your line manager or internal IT team to request these changes to your customers.

 

If your market is set up with manual integration and you are unable to see customers from your assigned customer group, or cannot add new customers in hyble, please contact our Support team at support@hyble.tech.
