If you’ve accidentally placed your order on a Test Outlet, it’s simple to convert your order into a live order. This involves copying your order and selecting a new customer.
To place a live order, it’s very important that you choose a customer that is not a test customer. These customers will be marked with the word “test” and using them will mean your order does not enter the print queue.

First, you’ll need to copy your order. You can find full instructions on how to do this here: Copying Drafts and Completed Orders
After clicking “copy order”, you’ll see a customer selection screen:
Using the dropdown, you’ll be able to select a new customer:
You’ll then be able to choose a live customer and proceed to checkout as normal.

Test Users
Some user accounts in hyble are set up as “Test Users.” If your account is a test user, any orders you place, whether under test or live customers, will not be sent to print or invoiced.
If you believe your account has been set up as a test user and you’d like to be upgraded to a live user, please contact our friendly Support Team.
