For some markets, we are able to support Multiple Address Delivery. This is subject to the availability of our production team, so please consult your dedicated Customer Success Manager to check this. If you’re looking to place a Multiple Address Order, a handy guide can be found here.
For markets who we cannot accommodate Multiple Address Delivery for, you can send one order to multiple addresses by creating a new order for each outlet that you would like to send your menu to.
You can quickly duplicate a draft or a completed order using the “copy order” button – a handy video tutorial on how to do this can be found here. Then, at the checkout stage, you can select the new address for this order.
You can pre-fill an address at the checkout by searching for it with our Address Lookup tool.
When you find the correct address, simply select it and the details will populate for you. Handy!
Top tip: to save the delivery details for a venue for quick access at the checkout, make sure to select the "Save as default address for this customer" option. This will allow you to select the same address in future when making a menu for this customer.
Please note: you cannot add items for different customers to your cart. All orders in your cart must be for the same delivery address, and the same customer. This unfortunately means that each order for a different outlet must be completed before copying and ordering another.
